‘Libero Vox’ is the musical vehicle for poet / singer / songwriter Luke Golledge. A Latin term meaning liberated or free voice; the significance of the name lies in Luke’s expressed intent to create music without compromise and boundaries; music free to define its own destiny. Soul Conviction is his debut album and illustrates his devout appreciation of various genres and an innate ability to morph them into a collaboratively eclectic soul-scorching mix of musical styles ranging from country blues to punk.

Luke Golledge – Lead Vocals, Lyrics, Music

Luke has a B. Comm. and a B. IT but his successful ensuing career never saw him lose sight of his true love of singing and song-writing which he now pursues full time. Honed over ten years of writing and jamming, the songs on Soul Conviction are intensely personal but reflect emotions felt by all. Most of the tracks began as poems and the lyrical content had a major influence on the resulting genre of the songs. "This is the main reason I wanted an independent release, I knew I would never fit into a single category and didn’t want to compromise the music. I have total disregard for commercialism and genre boundaries and as a result the tracks are a very eclectic mix. I believe it is really important for songs to be organic enough to flow with the emotions conveyed. As a result some songs on the album change mood numerous times within the song"
